My wellness coaching package is a 3 month journey into your wellness. During our first meeting we will go over things like favorite foods, your wellness goals, reasons for wanting to make a change, stress levels, current diet, and activity level. After this initial appointment, I will create a personalized plan full of recipes and foods to help you achieve your wellness goals. This plan will also include supplemental recommendations as well as mind/body/spirit tips that relate to your wellness goals. Included in coaching is a gratitude journal and shopping lists. Wellness coaching comes with unlimited email support and twice per month check ins (in person or via skype).Cost $600. Further follow up sessions are available per the clients request. $30 for 30 minutes or $60 for an hour long session.
3 Week- Wellness Habit Builder Packages
Lets take the next 3 weeks and make healthy habits a part of your everyday life. This isn’t a diet. Its a lifestyle. Together we will go over wellness goals and put together a package that suits your needs. The package includes menus, mind/body/spirit tips, supplemental recommendations, suggested healthy movement, food logs and key foods to include. After 10 days we will schedule a check in to see how the plan is going. Adjustments and coaching will be done at this time. We will also have a follow up after the 3 weeks. Unlimited email support is included in this program. Cost- $200 Further follow p sessions are available upon client request. $30 for 30 minutes or $60 for an hour long session.
