Below is a list of foods that we normally have on hand. From these items we can mix and match ingredients to create a variety of snacks, meals, and desserts.  I am not advocating to go out and buy all of these items all at once. Food is expensive and quality ingredients are even more expensive. To save money we stock up on spices when they go on sale. We look for produce that is in season. We freeze organic meats when they are reduced price. We shop for fresh foods often as to not buy items we will end up throwing away. Everyone has different dietary needs and likes. This list is by no means "perfect".  Remember this is OUR list. Yours may look different. Our hope is that it gives you a starting point to explore happy and healthy living.
