Scope- As a Holistic Health Consultant/Coach my job is that of an educator. I acknowledge that each person is biochemically different and therefore each person has unique needs. I approach wellness through a holistic approach realizing the interrelationship between mind, body, and spirit. I encourage the use of good quality whole foods. I put focus on prevention and personal responsibility for our own wellbeing and the wellbeing of our natural spaces. I respect the clients wellness goals as well as social and moral values. I encourage play and activity through hobbies and exercise outdoors ( as well as in). I promote mindfulness and meditation practices. Together we can assess personal wellness goals and put plans in place to help achieve them. Together we can track progress and make changes as necessary.
